Jay’s enthusiasm and passion for the hobby translates into the courses perfectly as there is nothing Jay enjoys more than passing along information that inspires and enthuses his fellow modellers.
The Advanced Airbrushing course covers the art of mixing paint and pressure ratio’s in order to maximise the capabilities of your airbrush, along with specifics on intricate camouflage patterns (such as Mottling, hard and soft edge patterns etc.) while breaking down the myths surrounding working with Alclad Lacquers.
This course is ideal for any model painter who wants to advance their airbrushing skills. This is your opportunity to learn how to achieve the perfect finish with an airbrush. We recommend you already have experience with the basic control of an airbrush, or have attended the
Modeller's Beginning Airbrushing Course.
The training room is fully equipped with the highest quality equipment available on the market - Iwata airbrushes and compressors.
This one-day Camouflage and Shading class is immediately followed by Jay's one-day
Weathering Techniques class, which you may book optionally (if places are still available). So by booking both you could have your pre-built model primed, painted, weathered and finished within the 2 days.
If this date is not suitable, please contact us to register your interest in the next course.
