Wicked Quicksilver is a water-based, multi-surface airbrush acrylic designed for versatility with optimum performance on nearly any airbrush project and spray-gun application. Aircraft-grade aluminum combined with a durable resin makes Quicksilver an excellent choice for interior or exterior applications. Wicked Quicksilver creates a highly reflective effect when top-coated with a gloss clear such as Createx 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear. Try mixing Quicksilver in equal parts with our Candy2O Colors for brilliant, anodized effects.
W357 Quicksilver – Billet aluminum best applied over a gloss white or black base. For best chrome-like effect, apply over a gloss white base, allow a minimum of 6-hours air dry before top-coating with a gloss clear.
- Apply in very light coats over a glossy black or white surface.
- Can be sprayed through any airbrush at low pressure but recommended with a 0.3mm airbrush tip-size or larger ~ 30 psi.
- Quicksilver should be sprayed directly from the bottle without reduction.
