This Silver Bullet MAC is for use with:
- Automatic compressors that have a pressure-activated on/off switch.
- Manual compressors that already have a built-in bleed adjuster or safety bleed.
For a manual compressor without its own bleed, you will need the
Sparmax Silver Bullet Plus with air bleed valve.
The Sparmax Silver Bullet MAC is the airbrush's most effective solution to wet and dirty air. The air compressor that powers your airbrush can condense the air's natural humidity into water. Sparmax Silver Bullet MAC removes this water before it reaches your airbrush. Drier, cleaner air guaranteed.
Effective: Full-size 5-micron filter.
Easy to use: The built-in MAC (Micro Air Control) valve allows tiny adjustments to your air flow. The collected moisture can be easily drained by pressing the spring-loaded drain valve.
Ergonomic: Lightweight. Comfortable grip - when attached below the airbrush.
The filter has a 1/8 BSP female outlet, which fits straight onto all Iwata airbrushes and Sparmax airbrushes with a 1/8 BSP male inlet, which fits all 1/8 BSP hoses.
Are you working in a humid environment? Do you have more moisture condensing in your airline, moisture filters or compressor tank than your equipment can cope with, or more than you'd like to be dealing with? Then consider a dehumidifier for drying the air in your workspace before it enters your spraying system. A dehumidifier unit has the additional benefit of preventing damp and mould in the room.
