Airbrushing Cakes & Sugarcrafts (Part 2) - Lisa Munro (4 - 5 June 2015)

The Airbrush Company presents Airbrushing Cakes & Sugarcrafts: Part 2, with tutor Lisa Munro.

This hands-on workshop is the next step on from our beginner’s class and will look more closely at introducing more advanced techniques such as highlights, movement and freehand airbrushing.

After warming-up with various airbrush strokes, exercises and shading to achieve a 3D effect, students will spend the rest of the two days working on a pond scene cake dummy to take home with them at the end of the day. This design will incorporate many airbrush techniques such as water effects (surface ripples and bubbles), airbrushing 3-dimensional flowers & leaves made from icing and other subjects that you'd expect to find underwater.
