Formulated to spray through an airbrush and easily mixed to create the perfect colour, these great Airbase Foundations are silicone based for maximum durability and a smooth natural finish.
This fabulous foundation allows the skin to breathe and feels like there is nothing on the skin. Build up coverage as desired and even cover tattoos. All Airbase Foundations, Blushers and Bronzers can be mixed to achieve a perfect colour match for the client's skin.
Foundation Shades: 00-06
There are 7 Airbase Foundations, simply numbered 00-06 for ease at professional level. Foundation 00 is the lightest, while Foundation 06 is the darkest. Mix and match these shades to devise your perfect match for example, when 5 and 1 are mixed together they are perfect for Asian skin tones.
Please note: Foundations 00 and 01 are recommended as mixing colours only. If you have light/fair skin and wish to use Airbase directly out of the bottle, we recommend Foundation 02 as the most suitable shade due to Airbase's sheer finish.
What is Airbase made from?
Airbase combines a unique mix of ingredients with silicone at the heart of its formulation. Feeling beautiful and luxurious on the skin, the silicone chosen does not clog your pores, allowing your skin to breathe. It is this that helps give Airbase Make-Up unrivalled durability.
Silicone: Silicone is heat-resistant, non-stick and pliable. That means that your Airbase Make-Up application lasts all day and can be 'moved' for a few minutes unlike water based foundations. Any errors are therefore easy to correct after application.
Vitamins A and E: Airbase contains Vitamin A, an ingredient that is proven to improve elasticity of the skin and therefore reduce fine lines. It also contains Vitamin E. This is an anti-oxidant that moisturises and repairs helping to deactivate the free radicals that age the skin.
Why airbrushing?
When you spray make-up using an airbrush it atomises the product making the particles of make-up tiny. This is why airbrush make-up is used in HD TV and film. The particles in the make-up become much smaller than when it is conventionally applied and therefore less visible. HD TV picks up absolutely every imperfection! There are also hygiene benefits to spraying. When we use a conventional brush or our fingers there is potential to spread bacteria and germs across the face. By spraying Airbase make-up through an airbrush onto the face we can avoid this.
