This course is unlike many others; You pick when, where, and how long and we do the rest. Presented, hosted and taught by The Airbrush Company’s own Ross McLaughlin.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, a seasoned veteran or somewhere in between, this course has been created to offer a bit of a refresh to get you back to the basics with your airbrush and learn what makes it tick, as well as how to get the best from it.
This tutorial is offered both In-person at our site in Lancing, but also online from the comfort of your own home.
In-person classes are booked in 90-minute blocks and as well as the above, you will be given the opportunity to use multiple different airbrushes and compressor types.

Online classes are booked in 40-minute blocks and cover a range of topics including, but not limited to; differences between airbrush types and the reason to pick one over the other, cleaning for paint change vs cleaning to pack away and best practice for tooling and dismantling.
Both the Online and the In-person classes are one-to-one, so can move at the pace you set. They can also be booked for multiple blocks at a time, so your training can be a brief overview or a detailed step by step. You decide.
Ross Joins us from a background in training and engagement. While only being with The Airbrush Company since July 2024, he has quickly built up the experience and expertise with all things Airbrush. His patience and joy for teaching as well as ability to quickly problem solve has seen him become an asset to the team and customers alike.

What is provided (for in-person classes):
- All students will be supplied with an airbrush, equipment and paint for the duration of the course
- Students will have the opportunity to buy airbrush equipment, paint and accessories on the day, at discounted prices
- Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served during the course
You will also need:
- Accommodation - A list of local hotels and B&Bs will be sent with your booking confirmation
- Lunch - Please bring a packed lunch
- Notepad and Camera - It is not essential however we do recommend you bring a notepad and camera with you.
